Easy apps identified the gap of use of technology in restaurant business. Either there where technology which where expensive or complicated to manage. We thought of bridging the gap by developing i-Dine, a Point of sale solution which would be affordable to the smallest of restaurants and at the same time handy, easy to use & implement.
We wanted to find a solution to make the service more efficient and reduce the time it took to serve guests. The staff had to walk out to the tables or to the customers to take the orders, then walk all the way back inside to enter the order.
The server would often wait to even feed in those orders at the counter and then passing on those orders to the kitchen and finally serving the customer. As a result of this time-consuming process, guests waited much longer for service. It also meant servers spent a significant portion of their shifts walking back and forth and waiting for orders rather than maximizing
We developed a POS solution that would take help servers take orders from on mobile or tablets. This solution could work both online & offline. The application enabled to take orders by the servers, kitchen to view the order at real time and then print the final bill all at real time.
Servers can easily manage charges to guests and take cash payments right from the tablets, , which can be installed anywhere with a network connection.
Now, servers are the most skilled at customer service and upselling - take orders using the mobile POS solution and transmit them directly to the kitchen. The second team of expeditors delivers the orders as soon as they’re prepared, minimizing wait times for guests. In the meantime, the servers continue moving from table to table, maximizing season profits.
The solution has also positioned our clients to take advantage of future innovations from i-Dine. I-Dine is continually developing new and exciting features and capabilities that will empower restaurants to offer a higher standard of customer service and to maximize their revenues along with third party integrations.
There were a lot of alarm apps in the market. However, Easy Apps felt a gap with the usage of the same. We asked ourselves, how can we have an innovative user engagement initiative.
The main goal of the mobile appwas to develop an alarm that would motivate one to wake up on time giving one a reason to do so.
We established that if the user had a reason to wake up on time, he would use the app.
Easy Apps believed every individual have a reason to see tomorrow. If we managed to record them to wish via video or audio, it would engage them to use the alarm.
Mobile app (Jaggo) focused on the user interaction and allowed the user to capture one’s audio or video along with an interface for the user to play with some interactive tools to record for him/her to rise with alarm every time one used it.
Easy Apps designed and developed a Frontline mobile app that helped organizations monitor on-ground sales force in real time. The app helped to track sales performance of not only the field force but provided data cuts to managers, region, product category, dealers and distributors etc. GPS tracking would help to weed out non- performing sales personnel and increase productivity.
Easy Apps understood that it’s important to closely monitor the activities sales personnel for any organization successful growth. This meant that constant real-time updates had to be possible and this feed was required to be stored and available for easy retrieval and audit whenever needed. The objective of such a system was to increase productivity and efficiency of the sales team.
Other challenge was to boost sales and identify bulk buyers and manage dealer/distributor relationship. Any company needed better insight into the bulk order details of its independent dealers/distributors.
Leveraging the growing familiarity of Smartphone apps, Easy Apps decided to create an Android App with simple UI and GPS based tracker to record field force activities. Easy Apps researched and found that there had been a big-time challenge in managing the appointment of the patients at clinics. Patients had to wait for long even after booking appointments through phone. Even it used to get tiring for the doctors to manage the clinics because of the unplanned visits of the patients. Also, not every doctor or clinic had access to a personalized branded app or to a customized technology which would promote their own clinic or hospital as brand at an affordable price.
Easy Apps wanted to develop a solution that would bridge this gap by proving access to technology to every clinic or doctor at an affordable price to manage their patients more time effective & help them to promote their brand in the era of growing technology, help them keep the pace and space in today’s market.
Not everyone is computer savvy. It was important to keep in mind that the solution had to be so easy to use that anyone with limited knowledge can access the technology considering both the patients and doctors. It should have helped in solving the problem of managing the time more effective at the clinic. It posed an immense challenge toward developing the app that could deliver uninterrupted performance and sustain heavy data loads and provide customized app and website to each doctor or clinic to promote their brand as well.
Easy Apps had a wide range of applications based on multiple platforms like iPhone, iPad, Android, desktops– all connected through a common database. We had to defy all odds to test various apps on such diverse platforms.
